Default Is this the right gear box?

I sold my 04 sti due to the "saving for house thing" and I picked up a nice little bugeye wrx with 74k on the clock.
Anyway had it up on the ramp sorting the exhaust out and noticed some extra pipes on the gear box that I have not seen on any others also the pips have been looped together.

Here's a picture anyone one know if it right or not or over another model?

Don't recall seeing a pipe looped like that on my bug wrx gearbox... what's the gearbox code on yours? It'll be on a sticker on the top passenger side of the bell housing, should be able to see it under the intercooler.

All I can seem to find at the moment is that this is a code for a gearbox from a Forester. There seems to be limited info available on what (if any) differences there could be.

It's for a cooler I believe ,like the six speed has a short pipe that can be be removed and replaced with a cooler if needed
