Default v3 type r pulsing

Hi guys giving the r a work out yesterday and today on acceletating and boosting seems to br pulsing pos slight hicuping in 2 3 4 but ok in fifth.has got boost gauge but wasnt watching it.its next to standard even running cat.any idea s??i have to do a service on her new fuel filter plugs oil etc.
