don't mind Ian, £30 in the big picture of the whole weekend is nothing, so happy to do as others.

Is ferry ok for low cars?

Tesco voucher value triples on Eurotunnel, so the train ends up free or much reduced.
I'm happy to hand over any spare Tesco vouchers I have if it helps people out.

how does the clubcard thing work, if you have enough can it pay for the whole fare? Jo uses Tesco for fuel and we spend about £800 per month. Surely she must have enough for a round the world trip!

Save your vouchers then you can do the clubcard exchange for double or more the value in euro tunnel tickets.

Go on club card site and login it should then tell you your current club card total. You then triple tat value when you use them on the tunnel.
You then cash in a value for euro tunnel vouchers the use them whrn you book your travel.
I have £51 worth so £153 to spend which will more than cover it for free.

Individually please it will be a nightmare if peeps are using vouchers,

as I have no doubt everyone will have different values of vouchers.

Live for today not tomorrow.

Why can you not take a holiday from England then you are half way to the Ring

Good luck with what ever you decide

Sounds like a plan can't see them going for it going to put car parts that I was going to buy tomorrow on hold and going back down to RA MOTORSPORTS tomorrow to get my quote as I think A pillar is more as a priority than buying another spoiler at the moment .

Well got told today that I'm doing the training with the Libyan army in England but it still has not be confirmed on the dates yet when it starts so I'm keeping options open at the moment with coming to the ring .

I asked the question: my car is quite low to the ground and it will not go up the ramp to the upper deck because the front of my car will hit the ramp. How can I ensure I travel on the lower deck to avoid any damage to my vehicle?

Useful Tip from Euro Tunnel !!!

I have just received the following e-mail:

Thank you for your Email,

You can make the bookings online but you will need to choose the option 'car with roof box / bikes'. You won't be charged any extra, it is to ensure that you are booked on the single deck carriage.

We also recommend that you all use the manual check-in lanes as you can explain to the staff member why you are booked as a high vehicle.
If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Kind regards Ben.

Have enough vouchers to pay for the entire return trip so that's handy.

Is anyone going near Lidl on Thursday (16th) that can pick me up one of their fire extinguishers for £8.99

http://www.lidl.co.uk/cps/rde/SID-68...Detail&id=9099

Two Hi Vis Jackets for £3

http://www.lidl.co.uk/cps/rde/SID-17...Detail&id=9117

And a first Aid Kit for £4.99

http://www.lidl.co.uk/cps/rde/SID-17...Detail&id=9108

May have another pair that wish to join us, he's got an Alfa Brerra S and likes the sound of a weekend away. I'll get him to sign up if he's definitely up for it.

Well that is me sorted

I have noticed the the price has crept up by £2, last year we paid £112 so book early to avoid possible increases.

Happy days are here again...we are on our way to Germany, we are on our way to Germany la la la la, la la la la.
