Looking at the list above, the best date would be Friday 10th.

If there are no objections over the next few days I will book the 10th.

The only person above that cannot do Saturday 10th is Greg.

You mean Friday 10th? Or Saturday 11th?

So the 10th would be good

We don't have to have what's on the Christmas menu do we?? If I remember from last year, we didn't.

I wonder if there's going to be snow again lol

Well if you thought I'd say anything to do with your driving in the snow you'd be right

It was great and appeared to be controlled by a professional.. so much so if it does snow I feel you would be the one to call for your calm approach and delicate touch on the throttle pedal (over to you Tone) to get me there in one piece

BOOKED

15 Seats for Friday 10th @ 8:00pm

As most could make the 10th, this was the preferred date.
I know some preferred Saturdays, but I have reserved a few additional places in case you can come and join us. We can always adjust the numbers.

Christmas Menu is the preferred order of the day, as kitchen gets quite busy otherwise........

We're probably up for this (just checking child care) but there appears to be nowhere to stay close by and it's a good hour and a half from us! Will depend on childcare and if there is somewhere we can get to, drop the car off then taxi to the meal and taxi back again.

If there are a few of us at the same hotel it could cut down the taxi costs otherwise we may have to say no due to costs.

U can choose from the regular menu but they don't want many doing It as it will delay things in the kitchen.

bump, can everyone get deposits of £10 per head to us by tomorrow evening so we can confirm numbers with the pub.

Deposits to be paid via www.paypal.com to payments@southeastscoobies.co.uk. If you can't do paypal, then drop me or SilverSurfer a PM to let us know you are definately coming

Last years was a great laugh, and all the snows gone now so no problems on the roads hopefully

Deposit of £10.00 Per Person required to prevent people from dropping out and also allow us to make a firm booking with the venue.

Deposit to be paid via www.paypal.com to payments@southeastscoobies.co.uk

Not sure if this is the full list, but have started to receive and collate deposits. Cash from the deposits will be bought along on the day to be used as a whip or go towards your meal.

Can all deposits be recieved by Monday 6th December so that we can confirm numbers with the Venue...cheers......

Really sorry guys, but I am not going to get to this. Been off again today feeling crap with this chest infection. Still on antibiotics, and dont think it helped too much standing at pease pottage yesterday. I am happy to pay the depost if needed as I said I would be going, but dont want to pass this to anyone over christmas. If by some miracle I feel better by Friday I will see if there is any speace, but think its best to say no at the moment.

No worries Steve, hope you feel better soon mate

Don't worry about the deposit either. We'll make room for you if you're feeling better by the weekend
