Right, kicking off 2011 with the revised Monthly Meets.
The first meet of the year will be in the Eastbourne, East Sussex area.

Date : Sat Jan 15th - 12:30 onwards

Did a few hundred miles in all the snow and salt rubbish we've had in the last few weeks, its filthy. Might be a job for this afternoon....

Hi all,

Its been a nearly a couple of years since we went to the Treacle Mine as a club and we think its best we book some tables so we don't run the risk of turning up finding its full.

Update - i counted 12 people so far eating so i've booked two tables of 7/8 so it should give us a few spaces if anyone else wants to join us. The pub advised us that they have quite a few bookings so couldn't guarantee the two tables would be next to each other but they'd do their best. Of course, anyone not on the list is welcome to attend (and eat if they wish) - i'm sure they'll be space somewhere!

Tables are booked for 12:30pm - if its a nice day and people want to show up a bit early for the usual 'car park chat' then feel free

I'll also have the SES calendars for everyone who wants one

That makes 14 on the list with 2 tables of 7 booked, so should be fine. I would have thought that there'd be other space at 12:30pm if we needed to get a couple of extra tables but you never know - at least it should mean the foods good
