Talking Newbie, but not a Scooby

Hi Guys, just thought I would join up on your club forum, I met up with Big E on the recent Rico Rally and he invited me over here. I am a petrol head first and foremost and love the JDM cars, I was always a Ford man for many, many years and came over to the dark side about 3 years ago. I am very passionate about my car and have started to become more and more interested in track days and seeing what these cars can really do when pushed. I have 2 European trips under my belt and a handful of UK track days, always learning what the car and myself can do.

The car itself was pretty much standard when I received her with 40,000 miles on the clock, since then I have tried to put together a bullet proof spec without compromising drivability and reliability. The spec of this car is now pretty much where I wanted it to be and with lots of research and advice from fellow owners it remains at circa 430bhp, until my ability is anywhere near that of the cars then this is where she will stay.

Thank you for your time

Steve

Your car is certainly a credit to you the Swiss police certainly liked it too.

Hopefully we will see you soon.

I don't suppose you will be able to make it but we have a meeting this coming up on the 29th see here:

Perfect! A TME is on my list for a next car, the car is a credit to you. I see a pucka TME in red, 30k on the clock totally stock and mint for £35K. #really tempted

Is it just the Swiss Police that are problematic on the RICO? They really don't like cars and mods the Swiss, probably because there is no crime in Switzerland to actually police!
