Huge thanks to Ron, Steve and Martyn for giving the scoob the True Colours treatment

Well over 30 man-hours on the job today and the paintwork looks stunning now. Most people thought my scoob was a very clean car, but when examined under light, there were swirls and scratches everywhere. Not anymore though

Great job fella's on a lovely motor. Know what you mean Steve, on the surface mine looked clean, but again under the right (or wrong!) light the paint defects were there. Had I have kept it, I would have got the True colours treatment too. Think yours looks spot on now

Was a pleasure to do steves car.
After taking deprh readings , it actually has probably the best and most consistant paint work we have seen so far.
Steve

Few quick photos taken on my phone.

And here's some dedication to the cause, laying on the soaking wet ground just to get a good photo

Cheers Worzel

Weather certainly wasn't helpful, but it was still pretty clean bodywork-wise. All the wax etc put on the car/under the arches will make it a lot easier to clean off the dirt from the drive home too.

Car came out great Steve With the exception of one very small area, the best quality (most consistent)original paint we have seen. Very consistent readings taken over the whole car.

I've always loved the look and condition of Steve's bugeye but know only too well what the condition of the paintwork can be on even the cleanest looking cars once they are stripped back to the paintwork. Steve's was surprising! lots of defects across the car. Steve had pointed some of the noticable ones out but I think even He was surprised by what the car looked like after it had been washed and dried.

Steve, Car looked great in the mirror on the way home

Yep, DA's are a great tool to have as part of your detailing kit I've got two DA's and two rotary's Steve and Martyn also have a combination of machines. Combined with the right pad / product combination each one is capable of providing great results.
