mmmmmmmmm I would love to own a camera like that, and what's more important to understand the camera well.

Agreed Steve, it's a lot of money

The one good thing is that it maybe a chance to own a D3x at a bargain price just before the D4 Launch

Not sure how the D4 would compare with the Canon 1DX.

18.1mp
Max ISO 204,800

I like the look but not going past the 7D...

That is an impressive bit of kit there Roo! But I think the D4 can sit shoulder to shoulder with it, very similar spec wise. It will be interesting to see what the pros make of them in head to head reviews. Canons always edged it in the past, but maybe this time ???

We are bought just Canon EOS 450D,which think is OK for us as amateur. If you are really thinking about the better camera, rethink for what reason you want to buy,if you are just like we are amateur and you have PC with PS and some great plugins(HDR) you should be OK with any DSLR

Here is good test of both Nikon D4 and EOS 1DX

It's good to see the Nikon get the early nod for a change. That could well change though.

I don't think that the 3 month extra wait for the Canon, nor the extra £300.00 will make a blind bit of difference for Pro snappers. As much as anything, it mainly comes down to compatible lenses that they have built up over the years.

Unless of course they are hiring the lenses?
