Default Tyre rotation?!

Can I rotate my Toyo R88Rs? The front tyres are rather work in comparison to the rears, particularly the inside shoulder of the front left...photos should be in order front left, rear (forget side), and front right.

If I can, is it a cross pattern that they need to be crossed? I guess the R888Rs are directional and asymmetrical, so if that's the case...Suppose I need a new set of 4? 😔
