Will be down the gym at 7.30 in saltdean till 9pm then in brighton for a drink till 12 ish so no wont be in bed

Did you go on the tunnel run as i think we lost quite a few people on the way, if i had known there were going to be so many we could of split everyone into 2 groups to make it easier to follow
