My 2011 Ring pics

I just thought I should share the pics my boyfriend took when we were meeting you lot at the Ring last year. Sorry some of them came out a bit blurred.



























And the one and only, about the event some of us (including me) "loved" so much. I hope you don't hate me because my boyfriend took a pic of this. I think he was not even aware what he was photographing at that moment. I just told him to take as many pics as possible when we started the convoy that day. It was my first convoy in Germany and I was so excited. However, as I sort of won the race, because I had to pay €100,- plus got 3 points, I hope you'll forgive me posting it.

Didn't get pulled over, either, but a few days later I got a nice letter with an even nicer photo.

The last photo has my mate in it (the guy in the uniform wearing a hat).


He pointed at me and said in broken English, "Man, I love those P1's. You must be a cool guy, off you go my friend " ??? so off I went

So you only got away with it because you were in the P1 then? I think I should really consider buying one now. Wouldn't be able to afford anything else but at least it would safe me from getting fines.

as people in front and behind me got done.

Obviously they did, Ian. So, apart from it being a fantastic car, that might be another reason to stick with it.

Aren't you lucky, Martyn? I think I will have to hope to be allowed to jump in one of your cars and, if we are caught again, pay half of it. As if they catch me again with more the 26 km/h too much until 13th August I'll have to walk for a month.
