Default Pistonheads Sunday Service, Mercedes-Benz World - Sun 11th Sept

Thought i'd post this up and see if anyones interested. I know a lot of the Surrey members go along and have said its a cracking morning out with plenty to see and do. I've not been to Mercedes-Benz World before so definately think its time for a visit. Anyone else fancy joining me? Surrey also have a thread going with 5 cars on the list already.

Pistonheads thread with all information details is here!!

If you want to attend, you need to add your name to the registration list on Pistonheads (see link below). They close the list at 700 cars! It only takes 2 mins to join PH if you're not a member already - they will ask for your username on the gate so make sure you add your name down on the above link if you want to come
http://www.pistonheads.com/calendar/event.asp?i=26737

Event starts at 9am, finishes at 1pm. Who fancies it?

Pistonheads Sunday Service, Mercedes Benz World (KT13 0SL):
1. Steve_PPP & Claire.
2.
3.

I've just added my name on the PH attendence list. Looks to be a good one, already 440 cars on there and so much to see inside Mercedes Benz World

Cool

Would make sense to meet up on route. Surrey are meeting at Cobham Sainsburys at 8am, so it would be easy to just to link up with them unless we get a load more numbers and want a more Sussex-based meet up.

Tim, have you added your name to the list on PH yet? Couldn't see it.

bump

Surrey have got a good list going now (10+ cars) so we'll meet up with them beforehand and convoy in together.

Anymore? The PH list is filling up (550 spaces gone out of 700) so get your name down

2. Hongkongfooi
3. Scooby_Greg
4. gtiteen (in the BMW!)

I happen to be moving to Woking on Wednesday so have put my name down on PH. Should be able to make it unless work/gf gets in the way as it's only a couple of miles away.

Bit of an update for this. If you want to come along and haven't got your name on the list, get it down quickly. There are only 40 of the 700 spots remaining at the moment.

The plan is now:
- Meet at 7:15am (depart 7:20am) at Pease Pottage services for those in Sussex.
- Convoy up to Cobham Sainburys (KT11 1HW) for 8am, where we will meet up with Surrey Scoobies to convoy onto Mercedes Benz World. Surrey currently have 14 scoobs on the list, so should be a good convoy of about 20 of us from there.

After talking to a few people at Japbash, we've decided to suggest going for a pub lunch afterwards. All details here if you fancy it afterwards:

hi Steve, I'm on the PH ( mid 400ish same user name as here) list for MBW and will be in the Hatch Sti. I go to most Sunday service meeting and have to say they are great! I'm heading directly there as I will have the wife and kids with me. Hope to see you all there. Cheers Ian

Guys, I am up for this, but have to be back in peacehaven by 1.00. What time are you thinking of staying until?? As we are leaving early, may still be do'able.

Yeah, don't see any reason why not

If there's enough people to warrant the pub meet near Redhill, we'll probably leave MBW between 11:30 and 12 noon.

had an email from pistonheads...if you haven't registered they won't let you in.

There are 700 cars meant to be there....could be a delay in getting in!
