Default Any one know where you can get double din tv repaired

Have a Kenwood ddx 3021 which i bought new just over a year ago which my boy has been using it for last month(working fine) and now we have fitted it into his type r and it comes up dc offset error(which in manual says speaker short etc)(he had this as well a couple of weeks before he took it out of corsa power as a fuse blew in his sub.

But replaced it and reset unit and all was ok but now screen stays on initial start up screen but you cant use the touch screen at all,the only button that works is the on/off.

Also have tried resetting the unit but nothing?????

Have checked all speakers in car and removed one by one and tried but still the same, and have also just tried in my van and still the same.

Any suggestions or does anyone know anyone who can have a look/repair etc.

Thanks very much

I had an issue with my Kenwood head unit a while back (CD drive roller) and everyone - Kenwood included - pointed me at Fullers.

Service was good and they had it turned around (and couriered back to me) in less than a week if I recall correctly.
