Are these worth watching for me?
Would i need adaptors?

If not then use your existing with £30 adaptors from Zen or Carl Davey

The majority of 440's need adaptors for Phase 1 rails.
The only 440's that don't are from the STi 3 which are rare as hen's teeth.

only reson i say that(brads)version1 has 440cc side feeds in with no adapters. must have STi 3 ones
