Default grinding/binding noise when turning

hi all i have a sti 2003 i have only had it 3 months brought from a garage,the problem i have is when iam driving and steer to the right i hear what i think is grinding or binding sounds like something is rubbing ie metal to metal.i have taken it back to garage as i have warranty still,they put 4 new tyres on as they were wrong size new brake pads but still got noise.further looking into it they now say its something with suspension.the previous owner had spent £1850 on stage 3 handling kit from powerstation back in 2009 which includes white line 22m front and rear arm,white line anti lift castor kit,ast coilover kit,white line alloy rear arm link.i have spoken to powerstation they say there kit should not make that sound when turning it has also had suspension service back it 2010 same company it was fitted with 40k on clock now has 60k. The garage/dealer are now saying they wiil have to put standard suspension on to get rid off noise,which i dont want. has any one had this before iam in need of help advice as iam not a mechanic

Antiroll bar bushes, mine does it at parking speeds, lubricate with grease helps

thanks think they have greased most areas up.it does it at all speeds.

you said it happens when you turn to the right, but not at what speed

it its at over say 30mph, could be break disc cover on inside of the disc?
could have been bent enough that it sits close to the disk and the extra g-force of turning makes it just touch enough to grind.

its at all speeds.forgot to mention they told me the bushes were to hard.

no maybe just under half lock its bad when going around rounabout also when driving onto driveway etc.

I have just had something similar sounding diagnosed as a cooked centre diff

Having a new one fitted next week.

been to garage today to see car on ramp and they have showed me the problem its coming from the caster kit bush they say they are too hard and all the tension goes there is this true?they have greased all the bushes they can get to.

bushes dont make grinding noises AFAIK.
if a bush was too hard you would feel the road irregularities more is all. if it was worn, you might hear/feel knocking from it.
i would suggest you take it to someone that is familiar with scoobs for a second oppinion

the garage dealer has sent it to is super 7 in henfield any 1 heard off them?

In all probability the garage owner is a mate of the dealer,

I would say that, you would prefer your subaru to be taken to a subaru specialist, then take it to SMD.

Get them to diagnose the problem and come an arrangement with the dealer.

Not technically minded but I had the rear splines on the rear near side drive shaft strip and it made a graunch/crunchy sound on slow left full lock.
