I had a Corrado G60. Didn't like it much but had instant power. Smaller wheel on the compressor would of made a difference. Just not a front wheel drive type of guy. Never herd of one for a Scoob though. Expensive to replace to, or at least they were.

Not worth the expense when you can buy a turbocharged as subaru intended

Supercharger sound is nice,i've drive older Mustang at Czech Republic,OMG this sound like screaming siren, probably best sound i've heard at this time....
But power wise, this guy have before 300bhp and after fitting supercharger get 50bhp,which cost around £2k all in,in my opinion not worth, later switch this guy to Roush supercharger kit which has been more expensive, but more get ponies..

As above try save money on turbo Impreza and on longer run will be cheaper option for you...
I don't think you are mean these eBay "turbonator" superchargers etc...because these are just PC fan which don't give you any power

I love my supercharger, but you really can't beat a turbo

Power is there instantly with a supercharger, but the feel of a turbo is something else

I'd buy a turbo impreza & save the money & hassle
