If you are going to do a standard lump at least change the big end bearings to acl as that's what went on mine. I do love that type r though so I don't blame you

As not doing a 2.1 build due to money going else I.E a type r so just wondering if it would be worth buying
1. A brand new long engine then add injectors , turbo , clutch and flywheel
2. source a short block with low mileage and heads , injectors , turbo , clutch and flywheel

Mind this will be used as a daily runner .
