Default Vintage car run

Went on a vintage car run today, about 40 cars including an e type jaguar and a beautiful 1957 xc 140 Jaguar. I was lent a 1960s mini, tad difficult for the first few miles after the Scooby, but once I got used to it ,get fun.

Surely that's a classic car run, not vintage?

"Officially", vintage cars are only those built between 1919 and 1930, but in common practice most people would say anything before the second world war.
