Default advise on offset on 18" rims

Im looking at getting some new rims as im not keen on the newage gold sti rims. Im after a set of 18" and after rims that will perfecty fill the arches almost flush!! and standard ones sit toooo far in!! dont mind streching the tyres a lil! would a offset of et35 or would i need higher?? might go for some torque r if i can afford!! if not maybe the ultralegga, any advise would be very helpfull thanks!!
