Default godspeed

Godspeed front grooved 294mm discs and kevalar pads Anyone used these?? just got me a set off ebay very cheap with very light use, never herd of them but was in need and for £45 i thought it was a steel!!

Godspeed know their stuff, don't worry about that. I'm running his disks f & r but with his 330mm AP kit and ferodo pads.

I have fitted 2 sets - discs and pads - to my Hawk and they have both been fine.
Fantastic value and a bit better then oem.

How much did you pay for the rears will be looking to get some ifxim happy with the fronts!

I seem to remember getting fronts, rears and kevlar pads all for around £200...

Put the god speed discs n pads on and have a big judder!! it vibrates the car savagely they like new so not sure what the fella has done so back to sqaure 1!! not good

Assume both inside surface of disc and the hub itself were clean, smooth and free from any rust/grit that would stop the disc sitting flush?

I used to have Godspeed grooved discs (294mm) on my bugeye using the 4 pots, they didn't warp even with serious track abuse (melted two sets of Bluestuff NDX pads, so a fair bit of heat).

Yeah defo clean budd i used some sand paper to scratch the serface and to make sure there wasnt any wax still there same for pads, i put plenty of copper grease hub side tripple checked there all good? grooves are rotating clock wise, stange i find it at high speed more even gental braking lower speed seems fine?? just brought some sh ebc dimple n grooved done less than 100 miles hopfully there sort me out its only to get me out of trouble untill the new year so i can star looking at brembos,

sounds like they are out of true, a simple brake skim should sort..............

Yeah the fella said that they were skimmed under warrenty and neva fitted after? i have some ebc coming so il fit those and have these skimmed and save for spare!! good old ebay!!
