Got to love The Hearse.

Great car you've got yourself there.

I'm pleased it's stayed local-ish. I like to keep track of where FSTi's end up... I'm quite the on that front!

The Hearse (or any other black FSTi as it goes) was the missing link from a lineup of FSTi's at Prodrive.

There's a nice Forester community out there as a subset of the Subaru world.

Oh and as an aside, I have the original wheels from your car as my second set. I've always said if I sell mine I'll give first refusal to the owner of the Hearse, so that offer stands for you too.

I didn't realise there were so many great lineup!
Is there a forester specific forum/group as I gave up googling in the end.
And thanks re: wheels

They're still reasonably rare.

Ten in a line-up was pretty cool... took some organising!

subaruforester.org in particular the Europe subforum is worth a look. You'll find load of people who know your car as NorthDownsScooby, a previous owner, was a very active member.

There's ukforester.com too, though it's a bit quiet generally.

Glad they helped. Always good to know a history of a vehicle before you buy it I think . . . especially ones in the FASTEST colour !

Cheers Lucky.
I've started making it "my own" this week, starting off with a major clean and... new wheels. I got bronze but they just made it look dirty (like brake dust lol) so I'm doing them gloss black over the weekend. I know not to everyone's taste but they're to my taste

The car used to have black wheels when NDS had it and looked quite mean.

Look forward to seeing how it looks. Have you painted the XXRs or gone for a set of something else?

Agreed black = mean

I like the bronze on any other car but on this they make it look dirty. I straight swapped them so haven't cost me anything and I'll do them black myself.
Will post pics tomorrow eve all going well...
