Default Xyber Autos- have I been diddled?

So the story goes...I ordered 3 Prosport gauges for Xyber Auto's on 04/11/10, I paid via PayPal and got an order confirmation from PayPal within minuets. Delivery could be expected within 7 to 10 working days.

So I waited until 25/11/10, I then sent an email to Xyber Auto's asking why I haven't recieved them yet. I was told that I had not clicked on a 'confirmation' page on the web site, funny how I recieved the confirmation email and they were ok to take my money. Anyway, I recieved another email saying the goods would now be released but I'd have to wait for another 7 to 10 days, what a ball ache! so I waited but again and on 9/12/10 I got an email to say that my purchase was now in the 'shipped status'! WTF! So I calmly sent another email asking why it had taken this long for them to be shipped and for advice on when I would recieve the gauges. I got a reply saying it would be that week or the next due to customs check!

I sent yet another email on Tuesday asking where my gauges are and I still havent had a reply. Surley it doesnt take nearly 2 months for a 7-10 day delivery, and even if the first part was my fault and the order only went through on the 25/11/10 that is still way to long!

I'm starting to get the feeling that I have been done! I know the weather has caused havok with deliverys but this is mental.

So my question is what would you do? how long would you leave it in these conditions before you asked for a refund?

*apologies for posting War and Piece

when i brought my gauges from them for my last scooby,(they did a group buy on scoobynet),they all turned up quickly, one of them was also faulty and they sent another one straight away and received ok and quickly so they are genuine think his name was danny but they are coming from singapore so may be held up somewhere due to the time of year but no excuse for them not to reply to your emails if not then get in contact with paypal regarding a refund(do a search on scoobynet there might be another contact number etc on there somewhere????)

My gauges came from Xyber and I found them to be fine. I think it was Danny I dealt with. Strange why its taken so long, but hopefully they'll get it sorted for you. They were also good on aftersales.

Now fitted, got to admit they were a bit of a ball ache to do. Gauges are all wired up and the boost gauge is working but the oil pressure and oil temp will have to wait until the weather pics up.

Will post some pics later
