Default esl map

Hey guys been a while...the cars booked in to have esl fitted and mapped next wens...removing maf aswell. Still on the standard greys and standard tmic...

my question is what is considered the max power or boost the standard injectors can take..same for tmic...duncan is mapping it and he knows his stuff..just curious

1.15 bar on standard map sensor more if he fits a later 3bar map sensor and re-calibrates accordingly.

Although Injectors will be max'd at any more.
Expect 280-300BHP if all is well.

Don't be surprised if it identifies Coil Pack issues and blows your spark out.

Id be appy with 280 290 to be honest,..plugs are uprated and the coilpacks are good now...hope they stay that way...lol....think im going to have better map sensor fitted anyway

He did the same for a guy on Surrey with almost the same spec last year, got 302 out of it.

Is that up at Charlie's?

No down at richard nicolls..east kent subaru spares...duncan has been doing map days there... id be realy chuffed with anything close to 300 bhp...
I just want peace of mind that the car is mapped set up nice for mods it has..quite excited lol

car all mapped...Duncan was very helpful. car is completely different to drive now..pulls nice right through the rev range no flat spots and much faster than before..
the limits of the greys and tmic ment 1.1bar was the max but with everything set up nice its way better than the chipped ecu I was running..it was mapped on the road so I don't have power graphs but Duncan said he would expect 290ish bhp with around 280ftlb...maybe next month ill take it to SRR when he is there run her up.

But cant fault the service and im very happy with the car
