Yep agree with that, thanks for your efforts Worzel. Good stuff matey

A perfect way to spend an evening.

Nice to slowly learn who's who. Good chatting with you Anger. I always pictured you a the tall Swedish looking guy at the Pod that time lol. God knows who he was then ??
Glad you came and said hi Gary. Was good meeting you mate.

Thanks for your assistance Dyney . Good having you around mate

Who was in the Porsche 944 ? was it one of us ?
I hit Paddock Hill bend at a rate of knots, and at the apex I noticed the Porsche parked sideways across the bottom of the dip ! lol, nearly lost the P1 myself at that point.

Yes Mate,

You've no idea what it takes for me to do something like this evening with my history.

Thanks for being my pace man it was just what the doc ordered.

Brakes are fine, (they do have a lot to do)

Thanks too, to Dyney for the advice..

Default Thanks All

Had a great time today with you all so thanks.

Much nicer to track with a like minded bunch who all respect their cars and each other. We must all do it again as the more of us, the safer the action. Plus a bargain at this price!!

Look forward to the next one. Perhaps next time though more other halves....that way i am thinking bras...hot pants....thigh high boots etc for the photos......max power type pics.

Thanks again

Jay and Tracy

No worries, but you owe me a lap or two next time....

Really good evening! From a spectators point of view, it was nice to see everybody giving each other a bit of space and a bit of respect - especially with the number of newbies on track. Good show guys!

I tried to get at least a few pics of everyone, although I think I only got pics of the back half of Clive's car cos I couldn't track that quickly!

A big hats off to everyone for making this a really good first SES track event.

For starters, thanks to Nick and his team at ClubMSV, the day went like clockwork with no problems along the way. I know you may do it all the time, but it made our day go really smoothly. Looking at the responses above we all had a great time, so thanks

Secondly, I would like to give a massive pat on the back to the guys who came for the photos and stayed on to watch the rest of the day. It was great to see you all there for the duration. This must include all the wives, partners and friends who came along as passengers, photographers etc.

Finally to everyone who took part on track, a big thumbs up to you all No-one bit the bullet or had major problems and everyone seems to have had a really good day out at brands. Good job everyone.

As we said yesterday, this is the kind of thing that we want to do more of at SES and we will be looking to arrange something else for later in the year. This will probably be a half day open pit session (or similar) so this will be less restricted than the taster sessions. We will start looking into things when we get back from Germany. However, if you have any ideas for the future session, please let us know.

A great day, putting names and cars to faces, no traumas = Happy Days

You should have wandered over and introduced yourself.

The guy who smashed wasn't one of our guys fortunately.

The black one is CJ's, it's a beasty for sure.

Rubber on cars mainly down to being off the natural race line.
80% of shredded rubber is normally on outside of corners.

I didn't have any on the P1, mind you mud flaps & a recent polish & wax will also prevent rubber from sticking to cars.

You will never have any rubber issues following another car.
The only way to get rubber all over yer car is by collecting it yourself
