From 12:00pm on Saturday 27th until as late as people want to stay.
Camping is also an option but I will need to confirm numbers with the venue 'IF' anyone intends to camp.

After going down there today it looks like a very nice venue but there is no way my car would get in that field and it isnt that low clears speed bumps with ease and tbh had a job getting in the empty car park opposite any lower than mine or cars already parked would cause a problem.
So am going to have to give this a miss a real shame as the one you guys done a bentley was a great day and easy to get to.

We may be able to arrange the use of the tarmac carpark for the Skyline's if you guy's intend coming along.
The car park opposite is planned to be ours for exclusive use.

We've been out there tonight and secured a great spot on level ground, so no issues with low cars. They are also reserving the large decked area with tables and chairs next to the river so a really nice place to sit and have something to eat and drink if anyone wishes. Full pub menu will be available on the day.

Should be a really good day especially if we get the weather.

SHOW AND SHINE

To give the meet more of a show feel there will be a show and shine competition at this meet.
The aim being to make part of the day about the cars rather the beer, food and boating.

During the day EVERY car will be judged unless we are told otherwise.
It will be based on the concourse principles where in total 100 points are awarded accross 10 category. For example exterior, interior, under bonnet etc....etc....that way a clean car on the outside looses points if the same attention to detail is not on the inside and vica versa.

The winner will receive a certificate and small trophie or cleaning products.
Therefore please get cleaning and help make this day a special one.
