Hi. Do you know how many cars they are likely to be able to do? I'd be interested in coming along to find out what my car is running at!

I'm now a TBC as the scoob is making nasty clicky noises from the front passenger side cv joint (well, thats what i'm guessing it is!) Will see if I can get it sorted in time but not sure its going to happen. Hopefully i'll still come along for the day to watch/have a look round Charlie's new place even if the car doesn't make it.

With my dodgy clutch I reckon it'll get to the rollers and be AA on way home! Ha ha

The Jag is going to have to take my Scooby's place as work commitments will prevent me having new downpipe and mapping done in time.

Looking unlikely for me as it stands. Evidently three months notice isn't enough time for them to find cover!

Unfortunately not. Dukeboy popped over last night to look at it and its the front diff making the noise so the box is definitely coming out. Still on original clutch (not sure how!) so that will be done at the same time, plus maybe a lightened flywheel.

Means the car won't be ready for the rollers though but i'll still come along for the day. Updated list below:

More the merrier, unless we get a surge of scoobs wanting to take part (at which point they will take priority, being a Subaru club after all ).

oh and just a thought - anyone down that neck of the woods got an address for the nearest Tesco that sells 99-ron or Shell V-power garage? coz will def need to fill up whilst down there.

As im a newb - how much fuel is recommended in car before it goes on rollers? (and yes I gather it has to be enough to get it on and off again!) ha ha ha...

1/2 tank? 1/4 tank?

cheers for all the help peeps -

Oh - whos gonna be wearing their SES t-shirt?? Wanna give mine its' 2nd outting! ha ha

Are we running in order? If so, being number 14, does that mean I don't have to be there quite so early? ???

Also like to know if we are running in order - just so I can get there early...

I guess running in order would atleast give people a format for the day if they do wanna arrive little later, and also give some decorum e.t.c.?

Normally clubs turn up and stay for the day . As far as a running order who's ever there can run first

Running order is flexible, but it normally makes sense to do all the scoobs together as it sames adjusting the wheelbase on the rollers each time

Anyone fancy meeting at the Cobham services on the M25 at 8:15am to convoy over? Its about a 30 minute run from there (and they have a Shell garage).

Anyone fancy meeting at the Cobham services on the M25 at 8:15am to convoy over? Its about a 30 minute run from there (and they have a Shell garage).

I'll see you there Steve. Will you be in the Mondeo?

As mentioned earlier, would like to get away earlyish as need to be back for something in the afternoon so would appreciate it if we could set up for the classics first (not sure if classics and newages have the same wheel base or not).
