Dump valve, exhaust wrap, and few bits to hopefully get Scooby out for Goodwood. Just finished contract so going to use this week to get car back on road. Got down pipe, and FMIC to finish installing, along with 3 port bcv. Then a bonus purchase which will be revealed.

no worries Greg, i'm going to be too knackered by weekend to do a full day, my Scoob is causing a major ball ache at the moment. Still i think i am getting back on track apart from the bonnet release cable that snapped this evening, need to urgently find one. Can Dave H help with this these days?

Still tensioner snapped on air con when putting new belt on, fully solved by binning aircon!

Dave H still does some mechanics but I know he's manic with his day job at the moment and so probably will not have the opportunity before Saturday. Between us we may be able to sort out on the day!

I don't believe so, but they certainly have to sign on and pay the passenger fee (which I think is £10) before getting an wristband to be allowed on track. Hopefully someone can confirm, but I think this is how its worked last time.

Helmets are available from Goodwood to hire for the day or bring your own.

Goodwood generally need the passengers to be around at the same time in order to get the wrist bands. They don't have to listen to the briefing but it's normally the case that's the only time you can get the bands. Not sure about this being a Harwoods day though.

Should also be able to offer a passenger lap or two as I doubt The Handbrake wants to be in the car for lots of it Not sure about the passenger wrist band status either, don't know if there is a late (lunch time briefing where passengers could get a wrist band or not)

It's not clear (unless I missed something) if there is an additional charge for 'Passengers' but the total price is detailed as being for car + driver(s) so there does not appear to be a charge for additional drivers, therefore I would assume the same for passengers.

I expect you will be able to sign on as a passenger at any time as there is usually someone around in the Jackie Stewart suite.
Drivers (+ Guest) do get lunch

DRIVER Briefing is at 0830

You'll have to find someone else to wrap their hand round your huge pipework and help wiggle it out as I won't be there this time.

I can highly recommend a lap with Steve - one of the highlights of the last time we were on the Ring : D .

I would have full faith in his ability at Goodwood too!!

As for Dave, he'll be flagged back in after tripping off the noise limit on the back straight no doubt ; 0

And when you go out with him he'll be wide eyed, gritting his teeth, and cackling like a maniac ; )

Well worth it - despite what the The Handbrake may have to say !

Hope you all have a great time- really wish I could join you !!!

Baking at the mo. Only cakes, biscuits and coffee this time as plenty of food available otherwise at Goodwood. Lemon drizzle squares, chequered flag cookies, coffee and walnut cake and either brownies or baked cheesecake ( not decided on last one). Sugar rush to keep those minds eyes peeled all day xx.

Oh Dave is bring "that exhaust" again so your dead right with the black flag but he will be taking his spare lol.

If Dave is concentrating hard on a lap he sounds like darth vadar.

I'm as relaxed as a lazy Sunday morning going round with Dave, the sheer terror on my face was just for the photos... honest.

Dave is an awesome driver though just im a " trying hard to be good co pilot" which I'm told or rather I plead is often better out of the car where I can wave my arms about to my hearts content.
