Loving this one! Think it'll replace my nurburgring desktop pic for a while!

And nice pics Rich, but it's a shame those girls got in the way... couldn't you have asked them to step aside while you took the pics?

Great pics Guys, especially loving the drifting ones. Club stand looks great as well - good reflection on SES!!!!

So am I!!!!!!! Where the hell was I when they were in front of the car!!

You never know....I may have pulled with a bit of luck......whilst sending Trace off to get an ice cream!

Which rally is that? There may be a trick to removing the "grain" effect I was getting because of all the dust in the air at Goodwood, but I binned most of my shots because of it.

Quinton Stages - its up on the Halfway/Eypnt stages from RallyGB. Entry list looks pretty big, and Andy Burton's entered with his Peugeot Cosworth

I can see several Impreza WRC and Escorts on the entry list, so that looks like a good rally to me!

I really want to get to Epynt or one of the other tarmac rallies, but they are all so far away it makes them awkward to fit in around work.

come along then

i'll happily show you round the Halfway area (and some of the best spots to watch) - know it like the back of my hand now. I'm planning on driving up there in the middle of the night on Friday evening, get a few hours kip in the car then out on the stage at about 8am. Will then drive back Saturday night (so i can still work Friday and be at home on Sunday).

No worries, i expect i'll be going to more in the future - you're welcome to tag along if you like.

And photo thread... ha. Will sort something out later. Took over 600 pics so now have to sort them all out

Thanks very much! I'll definately be going to the local rallies, but I'd like to try and fit in some further afield as well, its just such a pain predicting weekend work in advance.
