Default 2004 Impreza wrx sti number plate light

Hi all i recently changed the bulbs in my number plate lights to white LEDs but while doing this the light fixings have snapped from the inside of the bumper. Anyone know of a better fix than just sticking the plastic tubes back on and screwing in the screw. The fixing is 2 plastic tubes that are moulded on the inner of the rear bumper then you have 2 screws going into the bulb holder that screw into the plastic tubes. Would love to change the fixings for the bulbs but is there any way of doing it easily.
Thanks all

Not sure if they will work but what about using U clip nuts?
