Default Re-done Ring Picture

I fancied having a tinker with one of the ring pictures I posted recently.

This is what I came up with.

Chris , if money where no object , i would keep it.
I brought the P1, for a couple reasons, i always wanted a 3 door classic in white, and i wanted something diferent, and i do beleive that being the only onme in existance is a little diferent
I have plans for the P1

Mate I write this with respect.

You say you have plans for the P1 that is of cause you choice and each to their own.

You've paid good money for what is special edition, no question,

in fact it is unique a one off,

surely if you wanted to mod a scoob why do it to the very special P1.

If you mod it, the white P1 will no longer be as unique.

I can here you now saying fooking

Ian

Plans do not mean modifying.
Making better, improving, returning to standard is what im talking about.

She will be going for a full profesional respray once money allows.
As im not sure if you all know its got a little RUST
Also a number of under car and under bonett items are going for powder coating, as they are showing their age.

I have already put the lights and indicators back to standard, not that you would notice.

Yes i am fitting a decat,as with a cat on its not as nice and responsive as my classic.
I am going for a H&S or RCM back box with a 2.5" rolled tail pipe, but that is the only mod away from how its meant to be.

Oh and one more thing, im thinking of painting it P1 Sonic Blue

Trust me, Martyn knows what he's brought and how he's got to look after it We had many a conversation over exactly what He was purchasing, one of which was a long 5 hour journey to view the car

He's actually taking the car back towards how it 'should' be visually, with a little 'hidden' tinkering to keep the car going well and improve it's 'standard' feeling ride

Nice pic tampering Worzel, the Crowman classic looks great, with some nice depth in the white paintwork:wash: Great line up of car's

You have a one off which no one can say they have , which is cool .
But the down side is if you do anything then it would devalue it .
I personally couldn't buy such a car as I would not leave it standard .
I'm sure your get it back to how it should be

As Ron said , I think if I dared tamper with it I would get my gentlemans region kicked in .

I'm blessed with such a mate, to spend a bloody long day to view the car.

Already said, but cheers pal, I wouldn't be the proud owner if it wasn't for you

Steve, sorry this thread has gone off subject mate

Spot on Martyn. I think as long as cosmetically it stays true to itself, improvements to its performance or handling are fair game. A decat I would say is a no brainer, (wish i'd done mine years ago). It will transform it. Also, with these mods, they can always be taken off if you ever sell it, making it original again, and keeping its originality value. I think some nice lexus lights would finish it

Martyn. Surely you need a seat cover to protect the original driver's seat during one of your "special moments"?

Great pic Steve BTW !!!
