Default failed lambda

ok here goes.

version 2 wrx sti 95 model.

Mot due this month so took it to mots 4 you in hailsham yesterday.
Everything on car passed till we get to emissions test.

Fails at 1.07 on lambda so 0.03 over. But all other parts of emission test pass with flying colours.
Try to remove lambda so could fit replacement ,no joy old seized in solid.
Ok cleaned maf and reconnected lambda.

this moring i take it back to mots 4 u in hailsham.
this time it fails on co2 emissions and pass on lambda.(old lambda still fitted)
lambda now reads 1.03 which is a pass but now co2 reads 1.70-1.82..

but yesterday it read only 0.17 on the co2.Now do i have various bits and peices all playing up or could the mots emissions rig be playing up as i have now got two completey different readings from the same place..
please help im ready to ditch the bloody thing............

The MOT tester even allowed the yellow wheels to pass?

Pretty sure there is some rule about distracting other drivers.....

On a serious note, what was the opinion about the new LED lights?
