Default check engine is on

can anybody help my check engine light is on lost no water oil is all good
but the fans are on all the time now but engine is cold ?

one of the sensors is broken had to be changed had that problem on my last scoobie

sorted unplug the ecu then plug it back in car is running fine now thanks guys
