Default Vulcan Flying Times ? @ Shoreham

Does anyone know what the scheduled times are for the Vulcan @ shoreham on Sat/Sun.

Considering going over, and may even pay the £17 to get in (kids under 12 go free)

Twitter tells me the Vulcan is flying at the end of the day.

16:48 on Saturday (solo display)
16:54 on Sunday (formation with Blades and solo display)

We got dropped off in Shoreham so didn't have to queue for the car park, although i spoke to a couple of folks who arrived between 9:30am - 10am and they said they only had to queue for about 10 mins to get in.

Might be different getting out, a lot of people headed for the exits after the vulcan had finished its display.

I've got to wait around tomorrow for Autoglass to turn up (12pm-6pm slot) but if they've been and gone by mid-afternoon, i'm going to drive down to North Lancing and park up on the hill behind Lancing College, see if i can watch the vulcan again.

drove over hoping the weather would improve. when we got there you couldn't see across the airfield for mist and rain and nothing flying. doubted the Vulcan would display so drove home along the coast. currently sat in mcdonalds newhaven refueling .

Oh bummer mate, thought yesterday's weather was a bit poo but at least stuff was up in the sky, only thing we missed out on were the parachute team and they cut the lancaster bomber display short due to low cloud.

I'm keeping an eye on twitter as might still pop down for 5pm in case the vulcan does fly, only 20 mins away so not a great effort

Vulcan did display about 16:55 pretty much as planned. Managed to park at a small car park at the top of North Lancing and walk across to a field via a footpath to a spot where a lot of people had gathered up behind the college. Assumed they knew what they were doing so waited there. Vulcan looped directly over us twice Just a shame that so many people (like you Scott) who arrived early had to endure hours of nothing all morning

Used this car park:

Was very near you Steve, infact I think I saw you drive down the a27 back towards Brighton by lancing leisure centre, I was walking back the car and saw a scooby just like yours coming off the roundabout.

After seeing you today Scott we went home for a couple of hours keeping an eye on Twitter to find they started flying at about 3pm, drove back down and had a nice walk along the river.....

Just a couple from today...
