i've got no EGT sensor on mine - just used the resistor trick in the socket and i've not had a CEL come on since.

seemed the best option as i've not forked out cash for a remap

had the t mapped in on tuesday at 1.2 bar its 400.8bhp and spooling 200rpm quicker to 1 bar .
Also picked up the heads & block from smg along with low silicone mahle pistons cosworth head gaskets and a number of other bits .
Washed and cleaned block and heads last night and made the first cylinder head up .
Was fun as never done it before !
Hope to have the new engine in next weekend !
