Default In need of some legal advice

On a couple of business issues if there is a lawyer in the house!!

I'm no lawyer but, my biggest client is the College of Law. I have over the last few years studied a bit of it and also print what is called the "Statutory Extracts" which basically outlines laws and case studies relevant to England & Wales.

Give it a shot?
