2 bolt as apposed to 3 bolt, Opt for 3 bolt.

You'll need one roll of 50m x 2inch, you can do the up-pipe too if you wrap it tight...

Harvey's pipes will take into account your tubby, and power levels and be made custom to help improve spool on the turbo.

I would go for the 3 bolt type, gives abit more clamping force on the up-pipe flange.
I use these ones...... http://www.flat4online.co.uk/catalog...a-0005-headers ......never had a problem with them, but have had problems before with flat4online. Would def go for the ones from Lateral just for the excellent service

Pity as ive just brought a lateral header and got the standard up pipe that came with it. I have a harvey up pipe but its the 2 bolt item so it looks like i need a 3rd one lol. Are the lateral up pipes worth much?

I sold my wrapped GT spec Gen II up-pipe after i swapped it for a hravey pipe. sold for £60iirc... was wrapped with titanium wrap though.

Also agree with above, buy from Lateral. Customer service is excellent and consistant, Mark deserves your cash more than the numpty that take 5 weeks to send anything from flat 4 online!

As above, I agree totally. I would only deal with RCM or Lateral now. And for anything I couldn't get from them I would source it through Saj @ Jap Performance. Service and knowledge is everything.

Especially the knowledge for me as mine is limited

I have had two of the 2 bolt type, both complete ****e, if the two flanges are not machined precisely then they blow, i wasted loads of money on them, both new then fully heat wrapped.
Now have 3 bolt and they are perfect.
Must have spent £250 on sodding heat wrap

Agree.
Only recall one car that had gasket issues on 3bolt and turned out uppipe wasnt bolted to head correctly.
Good power and torque and no leaks!

Same old story with Flat4 then, Greigs 'Flat Poor' quote sums them up well.
Not used them but read so many stories.

Loads of stock on the website, none in the UK, all imported to order from what I can make out.

Thats proper bad news guys.

People like this want rounding up and put in a locked room. Then us good people given an assortment of heavy blunt things and the keys to said room.

Say no more!

Avoid Flat4 and the various other companies/websites that he (Scott) owns.

The GT Spec Headers+uppipe are the way to go with any car going for mid 300s and above.

I have a set coming off my car in excellent condition and professionally wrapped.

11s Impreza breaking for parts.
