Default What wheels?

Still looking at options for my wheels and have narrowed it to three. Some opinions would be good.

1. Safe and cheap option. Refurb mine.

2. New inovit torque's in gunmetal (18's)

3. The brave option, but I do like it!

Which will look a bit like this:

I know what you mean. I'm really liking them at the moment, but I am worried that the novilty will wear off and I will then wish i went for something more 'normal'.

On first glance I hated number 3!

But no knee jerk (don't mention spanners! ) reactions from me, I kept scrolling up and down and it started growing on me quite quickly.

Only question I have is, I take it if you go with the red piping you will be going black and not gunmetal?

on any car other than black, i'd say number 3 would look rubbish. but i think it could look great on yours

a set of those inovit torques would look nice on my bug

I like no 3 and keep the standard ones for the days of normality

The more you see them on the car above, the better they look.

Maybe we could get some for Nick (Nick STi) with Cerese piping?

Dame right!! there not even anything special, Im after the team dynamics pro race 1.2's. the only decent wheel i can find with multi spoke for a wagon in black with out the red rim edge or chrome lip! Theres alot of nice wheels out there but when you jump up to 18's the price of em goes through the roof!

No i must amit keith i haven't and i may not due to the place i WAS going to get them from not getting back to me today to take a deposit and getting the process of them being made under way!!! Dosent anyone want my hard erned cash!!

Im finding it really hard to find somewhere where i can get good customer service and a place thats interested in what the customer wants and not just flogging them any old set of alloys which THEY think look good. 's

The place i was going to get them from was Elite at rainham in essex. 3 times i had to call them back to question whats happening and if they had managed to speak to team dynamics

Hear Hear old chap!
All i want is a place where i can drive in, have a chat, get some techy help, and fit a nice new set of wheels!

IM NOT ASKING FOR THE SODDING MOON ON A STICK!!!!!!

What worries me with wheels is the offset story. i know what offset is but not for my car, then theres the prob of fitting 18's. i dont just want to order 900 quids worth of wheels to think "mmmmm not sure, needs lowering now" plus its not an sti its a wagon so i dont have the flared arches and will 225/40/18's stick out or rub on the sus strut's?!

There pro race 1.2's by team dynamics, 18" in gloss black. i do like a black set of alloys, plus they had to be black to go with the black graphics on the car. you cant beat a bit of colour co-ordination!

very nice! are they 18's. There are so many wheels out there its so hard to choose.
For me it was hard because i needed black but then i only had a budget of £700, although these cost me £800 with tyres i had to go over a little

the only thing with team dynamics is there wheels are heat treated so have a tendency to crack rather then dent if you find a pot hole!

yeah not funny! imagen this, scooby climbs up petrol pump surround that equals dent in rim then scooby drops off petrol pump surround which equals nice scrape on underside of freshly painted bumper!
