Default Reasonable email hosting

I've been with 1and1 for a few years but now they want an increase of 31% for the same service. I have a web site I only use to host a few pictures and about 5 emails (plus a catch-all) for use by the family.
Can anyone recommend a reasonable service that doesn't cost the earth please?

Cheers Scott. I do have a Gmail account or two but I currently have my own domain which I would like to hang on to if possible. I went through the rigmarole of changing email addresses a few years ago and would prefer not to repeat!

Sky is my ISP and I set up the 1and1 domain so that I wouldn't have to keep changing email addresses when I changed ISP. It has worked for a number of years but they are now getting greedy so hoping to find a reasonably priced host. So many out there!

Solved.
Spoke to 1and1 and agreed the transfer to essentially the same package for an extra.... 2p a year!

The only difference is that I will be billed monthly now rather than 6-monthly.
