Ask him politely not to block your driveway as you need access 24/7 especially if its a struggle for you to get on/off your driveway.

if no joy and he dont give a ****

clamp him/report him, park across his driveway(if he has one and he cant fit his motor across it to see how he likes it) or get it towed away or knock him out

I asked him politely this evening and he asked me why I had a problem. He was busy on his mobile he was using as he pulled up.

Think you can contact the council and have them paint a white line across your drive for a few quid, my girlfriends parents are currently looking in to this!

My recollection of the law in the area is a bit hazy, but I think it is an offence to block someone from getting to the highway, but not getting off it (daft as that may sound).

So if you can't get off your drive you could call the Police.

However, it doesn't sound like that happened, so you are left with diplomacy for now I think.

I feel very bad for you as on the few occasions this has happened to us at home I've found it incredibly irritating. It is unbelievably selfish.

Sounds like the bloke is a complete tool. He obviously doesn't want his wagon outside his place and doesn't have the decency to care that you would feel the same.

If I was in your shoes I would persevere with speaking to him. If you keep on at him he's likely to get bored of fobbing you off. If you do it without losing your temper he might just stop rather than having to deal with you. The alternative is he'll get aggressive and you can then speak to the police about his behaviour.

Hope you get it resolved as I'd be furious in your position, so can empathise. Best advice is to keep your cool.

Buy a shed and park that there PERMANENTLY, leave it there, if he gets upset touch sh1t maybe you can even turn a profit when you sell said shed in a couple of months after he has found someone new to annoy

This was reported in our local paper this week, might be worth seeing if your council are doing something similar.

There is an online vehicle tax /mot check, if the vehicle is not taxed or mot'd the police or dvla may be interested in it. You need the registration and make of the vehicle on the online check.

For the moment stay cool. Calmly explain the situation again and try and resolve it that way. If that doesn't work set fire to it, preferably with him in it.

police won't be dealing no tax only if seen driving. report that bit to the dvla and they will clamp it eventually

if its partly blocking and you can still access then not a lot you can do...legally. Obstruction is only if you want to get off your drive not into it.

If his vehicle is parked legally etc then unfortunately he has lawful authority to park there.
