I have a couple of friends who have performed there. Keep meaning to go but always leave it too late.

Went to the Edinburgh tattoo last year. That is well worth going to.

Hope you have a good time. Please let us know how it goes

Had a great night @ the Royal Tattoo

Had row A seats, so was right at the front next to Royal box, Edward turned up for the event (nice to see Edward out and about these days)

Pomy won the gun run (oh yes), the mock firefight was over the top but great (my kids loved that bit). RM Band are amaziiiiiiiiinnnnnnnngggggggg; the timing and drum work is out of this world.

Joint event with the UK / France / Canada with appearance from the FL band and other bands from France and Canada.

The highlight I think was the CAV and there display, F**k me the horses can shift..

In all the night was great and well worth the trip..
