Default Scrappy STi

After promising myself and my girlfriend that I probably wouldn't do much tinkering with the scooby ... LOL! Its all lies!

It has inevitably started..............

In late January I went from this.

To this.

About a week after getting her this went in.

Then I set about dealing with the rusty bolts, contrary to the forum name i cant stand rust even very mild stuff like this LOL!

Much better, marine grade stainless.

Gauges have also been purchased and will be up here shortly.

God i'd love a DC5! I decided to do the same thing with my bug. The bolts holding the air intake were all rusted. Flipping things broke didn't they the moment i showed them a spanner. Got a wobbly intake now

Thanks for the offer CJ. Its finding the time to get out and tinker with it. Wedding arrangements are taking up all my time at the moment. I'll bare you in mind when i get round to it. Think i need to sort my brakes out first.

Nice choices I like the GB270 spoilers and think they look quite tasteful on different models IMO.

Regards,

Subaru Collector 555.
