Default Light me up

I have a morrette conversion on the bugeye but at night the lights are so dark its like i havent got them on

Any advice on how i can make them brighter? Sounds like a stupid question but i saw someone post the same thing on the SIDC and nobody got back to them on it

Could say they were left in the dark over it

Cheers

Lee

Morrettes are notoriously bad at this time of year! (I did three years in my old bugeye with Morrettes and had the same problem)

It's the crap off the road making the lens dirty. Keep a kitchen roll and a small bottle of water in the boot and clean them often.

yep, i have to clean my morettes pretty much every couple of days at this time of year - i think the fact that the lenses are sunk into the plastic surround doesn't help - the air can't cleanly flow over the lights and you get a pocket which just fills up with dirt.

but i agree, when they are dirty, its as if the lights aren't even on. can't see the beam on the road surface in front of the car at all
