Default Brooklands meet - Sunday 1st April

Hi all,

Surrey Scoobies are having a trip to Brooklands on Sunday 1st April, as always SES are more than welcome to join. I have never been before so I'm not sure what to expect but I hear it's very interesting. We will be joining a classic Jag meet so expect beards and tweed jackets

We will meet at 10am in the car park. The postcode for sat navs is KT13 0SL. Full address can be found here http://www.brooklandsmuseum.com/inde...w-to-get-here/

The motor museum is £11 or £10 each if we can get a group of 15 or more and the Concorde experience is £4. Obviously this part isn't compulsory.

Hi all

Hope you don't mind me chipping in. If you fancy it, Mercedes Benz World is next door also. Well worth a visit and its free. You can do Brooklands and MBW in one day. Brooklands is great. For those that haven't been to MBW its a cross between a visitor activity centre, museum and car showroom. If you are not keen on Mercedes you'll shift your views after visiting. Had a ride in an SLS the last time we went, what can I say but that overused word, awesome!..
