Default Project

So I wasn't expecting this today but I went out and got me a evo 6 ralliart edition with 48k on the clock. It has been my cousins for the last 8 years and had a tone sent on it and a engine rebuild with loads of goodies put on but here is the catch they did not do the conrods so it went bang and has sat for a couple of years now as he can't afford to fix it. So I will and can't wait to get it back on the road as the wife wants it.

Still keeping my Subaru that's my baby but no harm in having a evo to lol.

Awesome stuff, just make sure you hire some security to keep it and the Scoob apart, don’t ant any arguments breaking out!

Is the engine fine other then just a knackered/knackered rods or is there some exploratory work to be done in order to understand the full extent of the task ahead?

I'm not 100% at mo the engine is in bits he tells me just needs con rods then put back together but it did some damage as he got a new bottom end ready to go on.

I'm just going to it looked at and go from that, probably a full rebuild ect
