Default SES Meet - Man of Kent pub (photos)

A few quick photos from todays meet

Not sure how many scoobs we had in the end as a few were parked on the road, but i'd guess at 15ish?

And of all the random things.... one of the pub's neighbours is doing the Mongol rally to raise money for charity and came over with the car to have a chat with us. They leave for Mongolia in two weeks, fully equipped with a SES sticker which i had spare in the glove box

And us lot signing the bonnet...

It was a great meet, think everyone enjoyed the evening format as well.

Parking was tight but i was chatting to the owner at the bar and he said that if we want to go back in the future, we can let him know its the Subaru club and he'll try and get the keys for the gate on the office car park over the road for us (assuming its an evening meet).

Now that sounds like a plan

Just thought i'd update this in case anyone interested.

The guys doing the mongol rally made it successfully, took them about 6 weeks. The car (still with SES sticker ) sold for 4 million Tögrögs, which is apparently about £1900. Pretty good price i'd say for a Hyundai thats just been driven halfway across the world!

Must have been quite an adventure
