Default please can we sort this ???

to whom this may concern ? im sorry i thought we were all car lovers on these sites, but obviously i was wrong. some of you thought it was funny to bloke baz and myself from this site for what ever reason only you will no. the marina meet was my idear and was quite successful and hopefully will continue to be for all scooby owners out there. i dont no what your problem with baz is but his reason for not going to the japbash is money as he said but that is his business i guess dont you ???? and for him to publish the ss meet for the 4th well it is the first sunday of the month after all and ss meets are on that day,and its so close to his house he could push his car there if needed.please lets not fall out over this were adults after all .

Kirk
I can't believe your coment on SS and then come on here stating we are all adults. Simply unbelievable.
Do you not get it.
Baz has not been banned, he chose to say goodbye.
We are all very happy to meet you if you so wish.

Calling people twats doesn't help much though does it?

And the ''can't wait to meet you all'' comes accross in a way that i hope you didn't mean it to, because if you ment it how it sounds (ie meet me by the school gates for a fight) then you should be banned from SES and SS. No place for that on any forum. (IMO of course, and i hope you didn't mean it that way)

This isn't Scoobynet you know, lol!!!

whoop whoop another new forum, what ever happend to other jap forum Baz took over, ps was a good meet for numbers kirk but I have never been to one where everyone left after about 30 mins of the apparent start time, so in that case its not really that good of a meet is it really the car park had three subaru's in it by 8.30 ish.

i've not posted on either this or the other thread about baz leaving. and here's why:-

just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should do something.
just because there is a "post reply" button, doesnt mean you have to click it.

if baz, for whatever reason decides to leave SES, then just respect his decision 2 do so n leave it at that. if he's left before and come back then just wait and see if he does so this time too. if he does, big deal, if he don't big deal.
makes no difference in the end cuz what will be will be.
the only difference anyone here can make is the amount of arguing/debating/poking fun/whatever goes on and quite frankly, its not what SES is about.

if we're all grown up adults then let this be the last post on either this or the other thread and let no more be said.

Im not one for tittle tattle, but I think we need to clear a few thins up. To other members it would seam like these two threads have no real reason.

Without going into too much detail, its the unwritten gentlemans agreement between clubs, and general club decorum thats been broken. By people who should have known better.

1. Pulling out of one clubs big yearly meet, with a reason, only to then start a meet on another club, for the same day. Thats a bit off.

2. Sending private messages to members asking them to join another club, again thats a bit off.

Ive no problem with another club springing up, but do it in public, trying to boost numbers covertly makes it look all underhand.

No ones been banned, no one will be banned, unless they break forum rules, and thus far, this hasnt happened.

Like I keep saying on Surrey Scoobies, a car club is more than its messageboard. Let messageboard drama pull the club apart in the real world and you have a case of the tail wagging the dog.
