Default Not a happy bunny.....

After kerbing my wheel again on the McRae run....sent 2 wheels away monday to get re-done, was told they would be ready late wednesday afternoon....ok....told them id pick them up thursday lunchtime (today), drove up to pick them up....not been touched....NOT HAPPY....after a discussion was told that they would get them done and dropped off to me this evening before i finished work, 5.25pm they delivered the wheels to me....only to be told that they have reacted due to being rushed, and once fitted to the car i find out its the wrong colour....in day light it stands out like a sore thumb....NOT HAPPY

Feel for you mate. I hate it when things get coccked up like this. I thought it was why we gave the job to "professionals".

I'm sure they'll sort it for you tho'.

I take it they have offered to re-do them for you?

They can't use the "we were rushed" thing. Because you actually gave them an extra half day to do them, compared to their estimated time.

At the end of the day, they do not have a leg to stand on as they have supplied goods not up to a merchantable standard.

Yeah they did say that they would re-do them (no problems there), it's just the inconvenience of having to send them up there again and having the car off the road. They want all 4 wheels now....so i'm thinking that there going to do all 4 to get a colour match.....mmmmmm thinking of going black

white would look great, but theres not way i'd be bothered to keep them clean.

black would give it more of a 'track' look i reckon
