looked at the video of the 5th person to have eaten one and he drank a lot of milk. Take its the best thing to take ? Do i have to bring my own?

Milk is your friend and enemy, soothes the burn for a split second but you get so full up on it.
Yeah, please bring your own milk. (I have a CO-OP a few doors down)
