Default Turbo to actuator hose.

How is my car boosting to 1bar with just vacuum line running directly from turbo to actuator and no tpiece or restrictor pill in place, the only pipe running from boost solenoid is back to the maf.

When I put everything back to standard and put a 1.2m restrictor pill it over boosted to 2bar literally.
