Default Stock boost

What should the stock boost be on a turbo 2000?

Also when in gear and moving if you dip the clutch the revs stay high for a few seconds and come down slowly but if in neutral blip the throttle it comes straight back down? Any ideas
Thanks

Unplug the idle control valve and see if it stops it....
